What's a girl without her shoes?

Every time Hannah is in her room, she immediately crawls up and stands to get her shoes. She loves to pick them up and take them down and naw on them every once in a while and throw them around. It's really cute. I am amazed at how big Hannah is. She is so tall and can now stand and reach so much higher. She is at a VERY fun stage!

Happy Valentines Day!

Hannah has the cutest outfit that came from her Great-Aunt Cindy and it was perfect for Valentines Day. In fact, she woke up in it on Sunday and wore it to church with a cute red and white bow. I did not plan that either. I Love you Hannah!

Dan is out of town, so it was jut the two of us here. We had our First Family from church over for study and then we indulged in some home made cupcakes with butter crea m frosting, strawberries and sherbet punch.

A Visit from the G'G Parents

This week, G'G Pa and G'G Ma a.k.a. Great-Grandpa Glenn and Great-Grandma Carol from Ohio, came to visit Hannah for the first time and fell in love. Hannah had a blast. She was a little unsure about G'G' Pa at first, but they got along after a bit. We went to the park for a walk and played several games of Blokus when Hannah was in bed. It was nice to talk and get to know them better. We loved having them over and were sad to see them go so soon. Thanks for stopping by, we enjoyed our time together and look forward to the next visit!

Ice Storm

Here in Houston this past week, we had a so called "Ice Storm", we were supposed to get snow and I was very sad that it did not come as called upon. Basically, it had rained and it all froze so Dan got a day off from work and our cars were frozen shut. It was very frigid cold, and was nice to be together on a weekday...we made French Toast for breakfast and it was very yummy! It was neat to see the ice on the leaves from the bushes outside, so I thought I'd share.

life these days

Hannah is growing so fast and so much is going on that I thought I'd just go ahead and fill you in on our days at home with lots of pictures.

Hannah loves to walk along the furniture, eat lots of food, crawl around, play with phones...call 9-1-1 (that's another story) and play!

Hannah had her 9 months wellnesss check up last Monday and she is growing well. She got two vaccines, pneumococcal and Hepatitis B. She did great!
