A Garden

This month, we have started and completed our garden. Daniel and I have dreamed of having a garden some day. He grew up with a large garden in Germany and has always talked about it positively. He said we'd never be able to have a garden like he has there, but we could do the best with what we've got here. We've talked about growing produce, berries, fruits, vegetables, etc. Well...now that we own our home and have a nice size yard, our dream is becoming a reality.We are so excited to watch as crops grow and produce from seeds that we planted. We have started calling ourselves Farmers :-) Join us on the journey!

23 Months....going on 2!!!

Today, Hannah Grace is 23 months! She turns 2 next month and I am ready.

I already have her birthday planned and am putting everything together, it will be perfect.

Hannah's friend James had his birthday party this weekend. It was so cute.

A look back...

I am finally back to my normal self. I was on bed rest for a total of 11 days and I am so glad that I am able to be up and around and pain-free now. I am recapping last week. We had so much help from friends and family, we are so blessed and grateful for each person who helped out.

Sweet Girl

I love Hannah...spending time with her, watching her learn, grow, figure things out, how be patient, observe what Mama and Papa do, etc. I just can't imagine life without her.

Lately...

...Mama's been on bedrest due to some health issues officially since Monday, after the Dr. visit...but really has been since last Saturday. Daniel had been super good about caring for Hannah and me, getting laundry in the wash and dryer (I fold), dishes, and Hannah's routine being met, etc. Hopefully this will not be much longer and I will be back on my feet.

Oh-Hi-Oh, Part 1

We ventured to Ohio well, over a month ago and I am so sorry it's taken me THIS long to get this post updated. I'd actually not had a camera cable for my camera...it was misplaced and then the pictures were all taken on the SD card that I couldn't' get to work. Have no fear, it's all here now. Oh and time has been going so fast...I haven't had the chance to post this super long update. So, bare with me.

Oh-Hi-Oh Part 2

 

From there, we headed out to visit my grandparents in Chesterland and that's where all the fun in the snow began! It was 100% perfect weather. We got to see my cousins Austin and Collin and Aunt Rissa, while we were there too. We visited other family while in Chesterland and of course made an Aldi stop for Dan's mom and us :-)

 

We then over the course of the next few days, headed to visit with some of my friends, my old church, and Dan's friends. It was a very nice trip and we are so glad that we went. It was a short trip, over a week, but it was memorable!
