Adoption News

 Please pray for us as new doors have quickly been opened for our adoption. 

Today, we received a call from a different agency than the one we are working with, and they were looking for an adoptive family for a specific birth mother. To make a long story short, we may be blessed with a sweet, healthy, baby boy at the end of April. 

We are so excited, but keeping our eyes on Jesus as we look to Him for peace, guidance and discernment. 
Please continue praying with us as we wait and quickly get all the information together and transferred to the new agency. Please also pray that a large portion of our adoption finances would be met soon, as we did not anticipate this to move so quickly, and with higher fees. We are fundraising and praying, but we trust that God will provide the remaining funds if we are to adopt this baby. We are at peace in this process.

If you wish to make the donation tax deductible, you can donate directly to the agency. Please contact us for more information on how to do this.

Tomorrow, we will be sharing our Chick Fil-A postcards and speaking in Bible classes at our church about our adoption.

Please pray for a positive response from our friends and church members.

We want God to be glorified in all we say and do. 

We know that this will only be possible with God. 

We serve a BIG God and HE can do miracles!!

We feel peace about this entire process and we believe that is God. 

We still follow this motto: "Rather than Gods will for our life, its our life for God's will!

We are excited to see what big plans God has for us

We are also looking into other fundraisers such as, "Pancakes for love"...more to come on this later.

Room Prep:
We have sold our book shelves and gone to one office desk that is now in the guest room.
We love the new set up and are not even stressed that we have no furniture for the baby.
I know the color theme will be light blue, dark brown and white.

 I hope to have white furniture for this baby.

I already have some things as you can see, thank you to those of you who have been gracious enough to bless us with a few needed items :-)
